Whether you like to run and jump off of a private dock into warm lake water, or jump into a boat and pull your kids in a tube behind you...or perhaps your speed is more about fishing in the morning with a cup of local brewed coffee in hand, or taking a kayak out to watch the sun go down...

Whatever your passion lies, this charming vacation spot is calling your name!

New listing this summer beginning in June, as the cabin is being remodeled.  Photo's will be updated soon!  An additional cabin, "Lure Me In", is also located next door, so bring another family with you and make some great summer memories.
 

 


Amenities


Interior:

Log cabin interior with vaulted ceilings and cedar beams; along with a large stone fireplace and cozy atmosphere, has made this up north vacation spot a favorite for many generations.  The open floor plan features a stocked kitchen, dining and large living area.  The living room has a flat screen TV, game table to play poker, cards, or other board games; and a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations. There is also a trundle bed (two singles) in the living room as well. The bedroom area features a twin and on one side that is sectioned off from an additional king size bed.  One bathroom off of the bedroom area is available, and all of your linens are provided.

Exterior:

Plenty of parking can be found on the property, as well as an area for a boat trailer.  Situated on Lake Leelanau in Traverse City (10-15 minutes from downtown TC) with 100 feet of private frontage and a sandy bottom lake.  Private dock to use, as well as a mooring ball for your boats.  Both a gas and charcoal grill is provided for cooking, as well as a large fish cleaning area.  Lake maps and guides are provided to make your fishing as eventful as possible!

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested by the occupant.

The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Michael Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Opera House; you're certain to stay busy. Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround both Traverse City and Leelanau Counties. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you'll want to tell your friends and family about (as you're looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).
